Deputy Chief Sain retired from the Anaheim Police Department after 20 years of service and over 32 years in law-enforcement. He is actively involved in the community and served as the president/chair for the Anaheim Family YMCA, Anaheim Community Foundation, and Rotary Club of Anaheim. Steve is also a past board member of the Orange County Family Justice Center and Youth Leadership America.
