Paul Sanford is the Chief Executive Officer and Asset Manager of Wincome Hospitality. He is also the CEO of Rosanna Incorporated, Good Hope International, FJS Incorporated, and Wincome USA, a successful hospitality group that owns, develops, and manages various hotels, restaurants, and businesses in Southern California. Since he was named CEO & Asset Manager of Wincome USA in 1994, Mr. Sanford has led the company to its greatest growth to date.

 

Under his leadership, the company launched Wincome Hospitality with a single boutique hotel, which grew to a regional portfolio of multi-AAA diamond rated hotels, restaurants, and office complexes in the Anaheim Resort District and South Coast Metro area. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Mr. Sanford earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in business and management. He joined the hospitality industry in 1978 in Maui, Hawaii where his first managerial position was with the InterContinental Hotel Group. With over 45 years of experience, Mr. Sanford’s talents have encompassed both the hospitality and real estate industries where he has experience in both asset management and development.

 

Mr. Sanford has held executive-level positions with a variety of upscale and luxury boutique hotels, along with brands such as Wyndham, Hyatt, Westin, and Holiday Inn hotel groups as well as independent boutique hotel properties. He has firsthand knowledge of all aspects of the trade, including sales operations, revenue management, guest services, engineering, housekeeping, and food and beverage. Mr. Sanford also has hands-on experience in full construction, opening, rebranding, renovation, and construction of residential and commercial real estate assets.

 

Prior to joining Wincome, he was the owner and Chief Operating Officer of a successful restaurant group with a portfolio that included multiple, high-end dinner houses throughout California’s Central Coast. Mr. Sanford is active in various Anaheim and Costa Mesa community and industry organizations including serving as Chairman of the Anaheim Transportation Network, a Board Member of Visit Anaheim, a Board Member of the Anaheim Police Department Foundation, a Board Member of the Anaheim Workforce Development, a Board Member for Travel Costa Mesa, a Board Member for the South Coast Metro Alliance, Corporate Council of the Orange County Performing Arts, a member of Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce, President of The Lakes Association in Costa Mesa and a member of the Westin Advisory Board.
